Each Weber Insurance Group II member is a separate entity, individually owned and operated. By joining the Group, agencies remain totally indipendent and each member has 100% control over their own business. You make all decisions for your agency.
Member offices have low volume requirements to qualify for profit sharing because we combine all member office premiums.

By combining all branch premium volumes we can have access to a greater number of companies. The group administrator handles most company relations and sets up advertising campaigns, direct mail programs, telemarketing, and sales promotions, establishes markets, and directs you to markets. This decreases management time for these functions.
